Welcome to Cybercraft Summit. By registering for and attending this event, whether virtually or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

1. Event Registration & Payment

All ticket sales are final. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and access instructions for the event.
There are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, changes in programming, or dissatisfaction with the event experience.

2. Code of Conduct

Cybercraft Summit is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3. Changes to the Event

Cybercraft Summit reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, venue, timing, or event format (in-person or virtual) at any time. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation.

4. Content & Recordings

By attending Cybercraft Summit, you consent to being recorded, photographed, or filmed for use in future promotional, educational, or commercial materials.
All content shared during the event, including but not limited to presentations, sessions, and materials, remains the intellectual property of its respective creators and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without explicit permission.

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability (In-Person Attendance)

By attending the in-person Cybercraft Summit event, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to travel, physical injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19 or similar viruses), or property loss.

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Cybercraft Summit, its organizers, sponsors, employees, volunteers, vendors, affiliates, and venue partners ("the Cybercraft Team") from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, that may arise from your attendance or participation. This waiver applies regardless of cause, including negligence or omission by any member of the Cybercraft Team.

You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and conduct throughout the event.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, payment details) for the purpose of event management, communications, and community building. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared as required to facilitate event operations or comply with applicable laws.

7. Governing Law
